GENERAL
INFORMATION
SAMPLES
1. Random samples are billed at EQP. We only accept
samples returned in prefect condition with original package within 30 days for
credit, except freight.
2. Speculative samples are billed at first column
price and a proper set up fee will be applied.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
1. All orders will be acknowledged by an order
acknowledgment via e-mail or fax.
2. All orders are accepted subject to our standard
delivery terms. If for any reasons MPI cannot meet the required delivery, you will
be contacted by a customer
service representative.
3. All orders are subject to credit approval.
4. 5% over or under runs will be considered a
complete order. We will always strive to ship exact quantities whenever
possible.
ARTWORK
1. We accept art form of CorelDraw (.CDR), Adobe
Illustrator (.AI) formats, and Encapsulated Postscript (.EPS) vector files, or
properly made PDF from VECTOR files.
2. Laser Engraving or Deep Etching ¨C Art must be
saved in black and white vector line art mode.
Convert all text to curves/outlines for font
accuracy.
3. Silk Screened ¨C Please supply in full color with
PMS# marked.
4. If artwork needs to be touched up, manipulated or
color separated, art charges will be incurred. These charges will be
acknowledged before proceeding with
the order.
PDF / PAPER PROOF
All orders will be acknowledged by a PDF/paper proof
via e-mail or fax. The first 2 proofs are free of charge, a $12.50(G) surcharge
will apply for each additional
revision.
CHANGE OR CANCELLATION
Any change or cancellation of an order in process
will be subject to costs incurred to date and a $50.00(G) cancellation charge
will be applied. Changes to a
purchase order must be signed off in writing.
SHIPPING
1. All merchandise are shipped FOB El Monte, CA.
2. Freight charges will be prepaid and invoiced
unless otherwise requested.
3. Freight insurance will be charged on each
shipment.
4. A drop ship surcharge of $6.25(G) per location is
applied for more than one shipping location.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Due to the special handling, a documentation charge
of $15.00(G) applies to each international location. The distributor must
supply the DECLARED VALUE to be
used on the export shipping documents. Duties and
Taxes may be billed additionally up to 90 days after shipping.
RETURN / DAMAGE
1. Merchandise cannot be returned for any reasons
without written factory authorization. Any merchandise that is returned without
written authorization will
not be accepted.
2. MPI must be notified within 10 days from receipt
of shipment of any shortage or damaged goods. You must retain original outer
cartons, packing material, and
the broken items for inspection.
CO-OP PROGRAM
MPI actively participates in your qualified co-op
programs. Please contact our customer services for details.
RELEASE PROGRAM
Entire program will be billed with original order.
$25.00(G) charge per release, plus all additional production cost and freight
for each release. All release
shipments must be completed within a 12-month period.
Contact us for extensions and charges incurred.
DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS
MPI reserves the right to discontinue any item,
packaging, component, or style without notification. Please call customer
services or visit our website to confirm
availability.
OUT OF CATALOG SOURCING
We offer a wide ranging custom sourcing and
manufacturing capability. You are cordially invited to contact us with your
next custom project.
TERMS
1. Standard terms are Net 30 days from the shipping
date on approved credit only.
2. We reserve the right to require a deposit or pre-payment
in some instances.
3. Published prices are subject to change and terms
can also be discontinued without notice.

Logos, or trademarks displayed in this catalog are
for the purpose of showing print capabilities only. These designs are not
available for sale and do not imply endorse-chased by
or through the company to which the logos or trademarks belong.
LESS THAN MINIMUM
A less than minimum charge will be applied to each
order if ordered quantity is below 1st column quantity listed per item.
WARRANTY
We guarantee our products to be free of detects. On Crystal and
Jade Glass items, minor variations in clarity with slight
difference in size can occur, particularly when the piece is
handcrafted, such minor variations are not considered defects.
